Recomended books to learn Pro/Mechanica?

Have not yet taken the Pro/Mechanica course, but was hoping to find a good text I could buy and read/teach myself the program. I have a background in Mechanical Engineering and 4 or 5 years of Pro/E use, so I don't need a novice text - but would like to find a text that explains the basics of FEA in regards to Pro/Mechanica but then show real-life examples of Pro/Mechanica setups and results, along with the helpful hints on what to do and not to do.

I learned a lot from Pro/MECHANICA Tutorial Structure (2000i2) by Roger Toogood, SDC Publications, and then going to the cource. The tough part is if you want to know more about thermal analysis - I have not been able to find good book about it.
