I need some recommendations for USA manufacturers of air receivers for sour gas that meet ASME Sec.8, Div.1 and NACE MR0175.
The sizes we normally use are 10 to 1060 gallon, with 200 MAWP. Materials both in carbon steel and 316 stainless steel.
Our standard supplier for air tanks is Manchester, but they will not quote to NACE.

Thanks

You can browe google for "ASME Air Receivers" and can get a list of USA manufacturers. You choose couple of them and ask them whether they can meet the Nace requirements.

Is the receiver in air service? If so, I don't get the requirement for NACE MR0175. Or, are you trying to design for the external enviornment? Maybe I just interputed your post incorrectly.

I have already sent out five inquires and four have no quoted, still waiting on the fifth to reply. Tank will have sour gas as the media.

I may be interested in quoting, can you send more information re: your Company, location, quantities and sizes required also materials.
To price the job, I need drawings to see nozzles, inspection openings, supports, others.

please email info to generalblr1@netzero.net

If sour gas is the media (inside) then it is not an AIR receiver. Big difference.

Companies like Manchester have a standard design for AIR receivers. If you have special requirements like MR0175 then you need to send the inquires to custom fabrication shops and pay the premium for a custom design and fabrication.

Thereare several shops who will take this jobs, as you say: at a pemium.
