Reconciliation error

Hi,

We are getting the following error in few client machines while clicking the Reconciliation icon in ENOVIA.
< ENODC5 error - 1 IEF client not installed >.
We even tried re installing CATIA and ENOVIA in these machines but in vain.Any ideas ?

Can I assume you are attempting to work with the ENOVIA V6 flavor and not LCA or VPM?

One thing to check is that the Reconciliation Environment is set properly in the Tools > Options > Infrastructure > Product Structure > Reconciliation tab.

Also ensure that your Document Environment settings Tools>Options> General > Document tab and ensure that the ENOVIA V6 Environment is Allowed and current.

Are you able to connect the Embedded Integration without issue?

Thanks for your reply.Actually we changed the machine for the user and there is no issue as of now.Anyway thank you so much for your reply.Will get back to you once i come across the error again.Thank you so much.
