Recycling Plastics

I will have different sorted sources of HIPS, ABS,Degassed expanded foams, HDPE and PVC.

I want to develop second and third transformation for these to minimize carbon footprint.

I thought of recycled lumber materials or pavers/tiles.

Any suggestions with specific materials? and how difficult would it be?
