Well you could start with a description of where you want the pressure set, what elements are involved and what this thing is, how it works and what these components are.

I can see three set pressures. Adjust a screw on the device?

Remember - More details = better answers
Also: If you get a response it's polite to respond to it.

I would attempt this.

1- Ensure the machine is in a safe state and the area is clear of anyone.
2- Set RP1KMF,VPNF and VCNCO to their minimum setting.
3- Close BP2H
4- The flow downstream of VPNF needs to dead headed with a gauge port ( we would need to see the rest of the circuit.)
5- fit a pressure gauge too MB.4.
6- Fit a pressure gauge too MB.1
7- Start the system, energize or manually override DPDB and adjust the pilot relief to 100bar measured at MB.4 and lock off.
8- Increase the setting of RP1KNF to around 50bar measured at MB.1
9- Increase the pressure setting of VPNF to 40bar measured at the gauge point as per 4 above and lock off.
10- Decrease the pressure setting of RP1KMF to 30bar measured at MB.1 and lock off.
11 Reinstate the system ready for normal op's

Thank you CANbus

The flow down stream of VPNF is connected to tank line and so I can’t (I don’t need to ??) deadhead it
I’m sorry I didn’t attach the whole schematic.

So I have to measure MB4 for pilot relief!

I will try this and let you know if this works
Thank you

So This is what I found.

The ports MB1 and MB 4 on the block are marked wrong and that is the reason I saw incorrect readings while setting the pressures in the first place which lead to this post.

Now I unscrewed all the 3 valves.

Full tightened VPNF
Set RP1KMF at 50 Bar
Then set VPNF at 40 Bar
Then Set RP1KMF at 30 Bar.
Then screwed in VCNCO till MB1 reads 100 Bar.

At this point, MB4 was reading 70 Bar.

Thanks for all the help everyone.
