Can somebody recommend some good reference books for process plant design? I am a piping designer with many books on piping and piping design, but I am looking to expand my library with books related to process plant design as a whole and would like some recommendations for where to start.

Thank you

For a start I like this book: Process Plant Layout & Piping Design by Bausbacher and Hunt,

But there are so many nice books, do a search here in eng-tips, threads enough.

Thanks europipe. That is actually one that I have already and have read. It is a great book and great reference though.

Ludwig's Applied Process Design for Chemical and Petrochemical Plants, volume 3, fourth edition.

Thanks srfish. That is one that I do not currently have.
