references for textile materials selection

Hi,

I am now working in a project where I have to select materials for wearables (textiles). I know the book Materials selection in Mechanical design, by M. Ashby. However, that only cover materials selection for mechanical/structural applications. Does anyone know a similar reference (book or something else), to aid in the materials selection for clothing?

Are You interested only in high performance technical clothing; or fashion clothing?

Lots of specs related to technical/work/protective textiles, some clothing. Unaware of specs for fashion-clothing textiles.

SOMR Possibly more along the lines of regulations, labeling, and 'standard sizes'?
