refile reuse library for 2306?

The last couple years the reuse library seems very slow. We did a refile on the bump to NX 10 wondeirng if the refile is required as we are now in 2306? Using from home via vpn is auwful slow more than hour to cache the initial load. In the past maybe 5-10 minutes.

Are you running Teamcenter? If so what version?

We have native NX for past jobs and now moved into Teamcetner also. Teamcenter option is fine. The native version got really slow suddenly. Over Covid we tried to speed this up by making copy of reuse on the local C:\reuse folder of each user. But this had its own problems where items would not load if another user opened the file. We have switched back to a network shared folder. The Teamcenter we are running is version 2312.

Ok Thanks, We were running Teamcenter 13.1, and Siemens had an internal issue with the reuse library within this version of Teamcenter, it was horrible. Sounds like you are having a different issue than what we were experiencing. Sorry That is all I had,
