Refinery decommissioning plan conceptual and detailed

Hi, Goodday to everyone.

Am looking for a conceptual or detailed plan for our Refinery in middle east. Does anyone here have experience in Decommissioning and Closure of Refineries? Would be grateful if you could provide a reference document /report or plan which was prepared for this purpose. Am specifially interesed in any kind of Environmental Plan related to this.
