Regarding Valve for LPG

I am using ROV at inlet of LPG fluid in spherical storage tank.
My question is that What is the difference between ROV and MOV???
One of my work partner telling me to use MOV instead of ROV because MOV is for motor operated valve. I told him that ROV is also have motor actuator adn is almost same.
Please tell me in detail of both??? please reply asap.

You are correct, an MOV may be also called an ROV, but not the other way round.
