Regen command not working

One of my employees computer no longer recognizes the RG command to regen. There are several lisp routines that rely on the RG command to function properly.

could there be some variable preventing this from working?

Regenmode is set to 1. I have also reloaded his menu to no avail. The RG command still does not work...

This is a real head scratcher.

In the ACAD.pgp file, Shortcuts are stored for commands. You will need to define RG as REGEN.
