Regulatories bodies for RoHS Testing Laboratory 1

What should be the accreditation of a RoHS compliance testing laboratory in India that can be accepted throughout the world? I have heard of NABL. Are there any other regulatory bodies available? If Krishna Metallurgical Laboratories in Gurgaon is NABL accredited, can it perform RoHS Testing under NABL too?

In the United States, each State has a Department of Public Health (or equivalent) that has been designated by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency as the certifying agency for laboratories. The laboratory certification program ensures that approved laboratories use methods and techniques that are in substantial agreement with the current editions of the Standard Methods for the Examination of Water and Wastewater.
