REINF265 element

Hi all,
I want to analyse reinforced concrete building in ANSYS. I found REINF265 element which can be used for 3D smeared reinforcing. But I do not know how to add this element in ANSYS (preprocessor-element type-Add/Edit/Delete). In this step I can't find REINF265 element. Can you please help me?
