Reinforcent for exisitng over-hanging beam

I have a situation where due to increased loading, I have to reinf. the top flange of an existing overhanging beam. We can use angles, HSS or vertical plates, but the issue is that at the roller support, we already have 2 vertical stiffeners and W6 beams on both sides of the beam. I'm not able to figure out the reinf. detail at the stiffener and transverse beam location.

I am looking to see if someone in the group has dealt with this situation in the past and can provide some guidance to approach this problem. Thanks,

You might strengthen the beam by reinforcing only the bottom flange if that would be spatially appropriate. Weld some WT's on to the bottom of the beam and pass their flange compression through the column with a new pair of stiffeners.
