Who knows if SKM software can run protective realy programming? How to do it? Thank you i advance.

I intended to get the detailed information about the relay setting values.

Ths SKM package will allow you to set overcurrent relays, but you have to determine the settings, it doesn't do settings. In the program you can drag various portions of the curves around, and the settings will follow, so it is more of a computer aided engineering program than a program to do the engineering for you. As far as I know there are not any programs that will do the settings for you, and I doubt that I would trust any that claimed to do so.
