There are two machine A & B which are running simultaneously. Both machine can provide 24V output when running. By using output of these machines I want to operate 3rd Machine C, provided following condition -
if both or Any of the machine A & B is running, machine C should operate
if both machine A & B shutoff, machine C also to be shut off.

Here, A & B are air supply terminal boxes and C is the condenser unit.

I think you answered the question yourself. But here's a simple diagram that doeas what you described:

This diagram assumes that your +24 V signals (from machine A and B) are delivering (not sinking) an output current - aka PNP or Active high outputs.

The diodes (Arrows in the diagram) can be 1N4007 or any variety

The asterisk shows a free-wheeling diode that may be nice to have to avoid inductive kick-backs.

Use a standard "Ice Cube" or 11-pole socket relay with a 24 V DC coil.

Half full - Half empty? I don't mind. It's what in it that counts.
