Hello, I have q question regarding relief valve pressure. I have an accumulator with max. permissible pressure 350 Bar. I have seen that, one can choose Relief valve with 360 Bar.

My question is gonna be: Should I construct my all other hydraulic elements like cylinder, pipelines to 360 Bar ? or 350 Bar ?

350 bar or 360 bar, does that make a big difference for your other hydraulic elements? The accumulator has a max. permissible pressure of 350 bar but what is the system pressure you need? That would be my design criteria and that would also be my relief valve criteria, regardless what the accumulator can withstand to.

The relief valve setting depends on the lowest pressure rated component on the high pressure side of the system. It is there to prevent failure of components due to any over-pressure.

Often, hydraulic circuits use a high pressure relief valve and a low pressure relief valve. The low pressure relief valve has a small bypass flow capacity, and functions mostly to precisely regulate pressure under normal operating conditions. The high pressure relief valve is located just after the pressure pump, is capable of bypassing all of the flow from the pressure pump, and it functions to prevent failure of components such as filter housings, heat exchangers, etc due to excessive pressure resulting from pumping fluids having high viscosity at low temp conditions.
