Relilability and interlocking

I want to do reliability analyze on different single line diagrams with different interlocking.
In this regards, i choose Digsilent software for this purpose. But i have a problem to simulate and perform interlocking in this software. it seems there is no option for that. Any body knows how i can do this in Digsilent software? or if it is not possible to perform in this software do you know any appropriate software supports both reliability analyze and interlocking together?
