Hello Everyone,
We are developing some control applications in the local terminal of a 110 kV transmission line. The control requires to know the voltage in the remote terminal of the transmission line. We need to compute (or estimate) that remote terminal voltage, as we d like to avoid the implementation of a communication channel.
In the local terminal, all the key variables are available (voltaje, line current, active and reactive power, etc.). Assuming that the line positive sequence is available, could you please suggest a robust method to compute the voltage in the remote terminal?
Any advice is welcome! Thanks in advance.
