Remove NX version 2

I want remove NX version that is shown in the top middle of the nx application window

How can I do this?

I can comfort you with that the version after NX 12 does no longer have that number there.
Which , I think is BIG mistake, but that's a different story.

No, I do not think you can remove that.

I don't recommend removing the version number, but you can do it. It requires editing some of the menu files in the NX install. Offhand, I don't remember which ones. If you search "menuscript window title", or something similar, you might get some hits.

I once tried but as I recall I failed, I then did not try remove the version number but the name "Siemens",
We where deploying NX at a company to whom Siemens was the main competitor and they did not want to get that name in their face every day.
( Siemens has , as everybody probably knows, a very broad portfolio of non-CAD-products.)

Create a file like NX_title.men and save it on a startup folder.

put this code in the file:

VERSION 120

EDIT UG_GATEWAY_MAIN_MENUBAR

TITLE NXcustom
