Rendering from YM1 Module

We have a problem with rendering in our YM1 Module using "Real Time Rendering" as the quality is not what is required for presentation purposes, we now have to take the model out of Catia to Flamingo, what is the best way of doing this without losing all entity/layer properties during the export process, this is so as we do not have to re-assign colors and materials again in Flamingo.
