Repad on back for 90¦ elbow 1

I am looking for infomation on how to form a repad for the back side of a 32" 3D 90° elbow.
Plate size is 31" X 21" X 5/8" thk.
Would anyone have info on how to form,or someone I could contact to form this.

Try your local head fabricator. I've also made these up by cutting out from a spare elbow and springing it out slightly.
