Repair of Siemens S7 PLC PCMICA Interface

I have two siemens PCMICA to MPi interfaces for S7 PLC.

they both have a "dongle" that connect between the pcmcia card and the Profibus mpi cable (9 way shell) Siemens part number "C79459-A1890-A10 CP 5511 HW Adapter"

both of these uints ARE Faulty.

Can any one tell me where or who will repair this quickly as Siemens have quote 4 weeks to repair or £600 to replace!.

I assume fro the "Tn" Sate code that you are in Tenasea (excuse the spelling)

Sorry but not very pratical as I am in the United Kingdom and not the US.
