Repeating Constraints 1

I am assembling numerous stiffeners onto a cylindrical section, is there a way of placing one stiffener with constraints and repeating it without having to place and constraining one by one?

I would use assembly re-use pattern.
In the CATPart of the cylindrical section create a circular pattern of planes representing the center of the stiffner.
In assembly design constrain the stiffner part to the first plane used for the pattern in the cylindrical section CATPart.
Assembly Re-use Pattern select stiffner and circular pattern. The amount of stiffners will reflect the circular pattern.
