Hi guys. Wondering what product you all are using for replacement coating for a gas turbine clean room (the space between the inlet air filtration and the turbine air inlet). This is for replacement of the existing damaged/worn out coating. This would be applied in situ. Thanks! Pete

Wrong forum for this question.

Thanks. Perhaps you could share which forum is correct? I do not see one specifically for gas turbines or for cogeneration plants.

I searched on the term 'gas turbine' and received a bunch of hits across many different forums. Since this engine is installed in a cogeneration plant, I felt it was the best fit since surely there are other users here in this forum (power generation) operating cogen plants. And there were several hits in this specific forum, too. I didn't add that detail (engine in a cogen plant) because I assumed readers in this forum would understand that 'clean room' is a term indigenous to a cogen installation of a turbine engine vs. an aircraft engine, for example.

Thanks!

The Electric motors & generators engineering would have been a better forum. However, I think most folks that read the generators forum also browse this forum. This is a bit outside the typical posts for either of these forums, so eng-tips might just not have the right audience for your question. Best of luck.
