Replacement for Crane/Resistoflex Clamp Valve 1

I have several Crane/Resistoflex clamp valves that may need replacing or rebuilding soon. I just found out that Crane is no longer providing these valves, and spare parts are not available either.

The valves are NPS 4 class 150, and the application requires a PTFE sleeve. The Crane Clamp valve has a unique closure design that allows the use of PTFE. The few pinch valve mfrs, with whom I'm familiar don't offer PTFE sleeves.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Please also be reminded that pinch valve sleeves are constructed as car tires: several layers of different materials, often reinforced with binding as woven 'nets' of different fibers between and integrated in the layers. Your solution could better be described as a wetted layer of PTFE, or material of equal or better resistance, surrounded by other, reinforced layers of elastic material.

Better perhaps to describe functional requirements with all fluid, temperature and pressure data, along with flow (max, min and normal), throttling or regulation (if any) and number of operations over time together with expected/required minimum operational time (standtime) before service, and with this ask suppliers for their best solution.

If you cannot find another clamp valve that is similar to the resistoflex valves that you currently have, you could look into a PTFE lined straight through diaphragm valve. Diaphragm valves can be offered with a PTFE layer on the diaphragm giving you a completely PTFE whetted surface as well.
