When start a new part I have the option of choosing a default template or browsing for a customized one I've created.
Is it possible to replace a default template in a part with another template later on, after created some of the features in that part?

Thanks!

Not that I'm aware of. That's the whole idea behind start parts is to have those parameters preset.

Do you trust your intuition or go with the flow?

What are you trying to do with the second template file?

Just create your custom file with all of the values that both files have.

"Fixed in the next release" should replace "Product First" as the PTC slogan.

I have some parts I imported in Intralink. Those parts were created by another company. We are using our own templates having some parameters seted-up and I forgot to provide the template files to the company who developed the parts. Before I check them in I was trying to find a way to add those parameters (from start part) faster than populating each part with those attributes.
There is another way of doing that in Intralink? (I am a new user of Intralink)

Ediushu,

All you need is a mapkey to add your template parameters/relations (for mass) in your models. Be sure to make parameters "designate" to be visible in ProINTRALINK. If you need to remove layers, views and other stuff like this and all this mess is not consist from one part to another then is more complicate. Hope you don't need to do it. :)

Thanks Hora. I have done that. It works!

You can also add parameters with ModelCheck.
