If I replace the dimension text from 1.625 to 1.625 TYP how do I do a carriage return so I can write
1.625 TYP
4 PLACES

How do I do this in the property manager?

The command to do a carriage return is "\P". It is important to capitalize the P.
Here is what your command will look like: 1.625\P4 Places
