Can I request plastci strain in nastran? Since the stress in my model goes beyond yield and I'm using a plastic stress-strain curve (input through TABLES1) I'm sure somewhere the model has plasticity but I can visualize it.
thank you

The NLSTRESS output request includes equivalent plastic strain.

Thank you. I can see them in the f06 file but I can't the option on Hypermesh.
I can select: Von mises, signed von mises, tresca, love param xi and theta, P1, p2 p3, max shear, intensity, presure, xx, yy zz...

EDIT: I read around that NLELAST won't give me the equivalent plastic strain but PLASTIC will. So I'm trying using that now.
