I have to reply to one check list.
Might someone help me to reply to the following question:
"What document does ASME VIII require for a two pieces head that was weld fabricated by another company?"
To which para. of ASME VIII is clearly indicated?

federella, if yours is a Div 1 application, see UG-11. If this is a non-standard part fabricated by welding I believe you will need your fabricator to supply a Partial Data Report, form U-2.
