Residential concrete foundation inspection subcontractiing

As a structural engineer with experience in concrete design and construction inspection, I was asked to perform foundation inspections for a home inspection company that needed to be done by a professional engineer. The fee that the company will be charging the client is $650. They will cover me for E&O and they will provide the clients. What percentage of the $650 fee would make sense to negotiate?

If you already have your own PL policy, as I think the OP stated, why would you need a client to cover you with their policy, and how would that even work in the event of a claim, since you already have coverage from your own policy? Would your own policy somehow be "off the hook", since you have coverage from the client also? I would assume that both policies might be fair game in the event of a claim? I guess maybe this type of arrangement might be a way to increase your limit for a specific client that requires more insurance than your policy limit?

I see now where KootK says he specifically excludes the client from his E&O. I did not know you could that.
