Hello, I'm new to Abaqus and could really use some help. I am trying to use Abaqus CAE (6.9) to analyze residual stresses introduced by internal pressure in a simple model (I'm starting out using a perfectly plastic assumption to start and will slowly make it more complicated as I learn more). I believe I have the material mechanical properties correct (using Elastic Modulus, Plastic strain and density), but I am unsure what kind of steps I need to use to create and view the residual stresses. If theres anything else you think I missed, please let me know. I appreciate any help you can give. Thanks!

Apply the loads in one step, remove them in the next. View the results.
