Resistance factor for Axial Capacity from APILE

What LRFD resistance factors should be used based on AASHTO Table 10.5.5.2.3-1 for axial resistance of pile computed through different methods (API, FHWA, USACE) from APILE? APILE manuals are a bit vague and don't offer much insight into it. Thanks in advance.

Check the design manual for whatever agency controls the project. Each agency may have its own resistance factors.
