Resolution/Lessons to Sodium Hypochlorite Injection Skid Gassing Up and Losing Prime

Referring to the thread above, (regarding a Sodium Hypochlorite Chemical Injection skid gassing up and losing prime), the thread was closed without any feedback on how it was resolved.
@JSchule, did you resolve the issue? Any learnings you'd be able to share?

We are going to get an engineer to come out and look at it, give us some quotes to replace all of the manifolds etc... Latexman, yeah I don’t know why they put that 45 to the suction of the problem pump.. There’s really a lot of bastard issues here with the entire process... I appreciate the feedback... I’ll let keep y’all in the loop.

We are having the same issues with our setup and we think gassing up the suction to the pump, where we have a pocket, might be the reason.

what type of pumps are used?

We have Pulsafeeder diaphragm pumps, PP680-S-AE type. We use 1/2" Titanium tubing and fittings and Hastelloy valves.
