Resources are NOT conflicting

Hi all,

I am starting to use MSPr10 and have put together a Gantt chart, but a single resource I have named and put under different tasks are not conflicting when allocated at the same time. Why is this resource (and others) not conflicting when being utilised concurrently? (see image if that helps).

I have found the solution. I needed to LEVEL the resource.
