Respecetd Users, I am using tie interaction between the plates and thin binder film but when I check for the results it shows translation to a big distance of the plate which is subjected displacement constraint as if it has no connectivity to the binder . What should be done to avoid it and use the binder stick to plate as strong as if it is the part of plate and not the joint ? All the output response I want to take depent on the strength of the binder material but its connectivity should be strong to the plate so as to proceed damage otherwise plate will not hold the binder and its strength will not be evaluated. The cae file is attached here.
Thanks

Why are there such big gaps between the parts ?

The gap is actually the translation instance in assembly module but how this gap affects if I tie plates and binder in interaction which many youtube tutorial support and there after tie no relative motion is noted. Now I remove the gap in the assembly module and did simulation again. There is no generation of any result data and job aborted. The message file is attached here containing mainly this error "" C:\Users\muham\AppData\Local\Temp\ADMIN_Job-13_10612\Job-13_stdSolver.local_0 file" along with other problem. Kindly suggest me accordingly
Thanks

The error message is "An error occurred during a write access to ... Check the disk space on your system". So it can be an issue with low space on your disk or a restricted path, it doesn't look like a modeling error.

Tie constraints can work with gaps but only when their tolerance setting accounts for gaps of that size. And then slave adjustment can deform the mesh too much. It's better to avoid gaps at all.
