Responsability for Pressure Piping per ASME B31.3 fabrication

Hi,
I have to weld (fabrication) a pressure piping per ASME B31.3. I work in Quebec, Canada and the product will be installed in Saskatchewan, Canada. After welding the client ask to do the spot radiography inspection and hydro test on its own.
What is my the responsability regarding the code and the client if he has done the conception?

From what I know; traceability and a qualified Inspector followed fabrication and inspection is my responsability. (what else, if I miss something...)

The contract document state as little as written above but I realized that my main issue regarding the responsibilities is in CSA B51-03 Standard; my mistake. Thank you for your intervention.
