i use UBC 97 AND ACI 318-99 metric unit
MY QUESTION IS WHAT IS THE RIGHT WAY TO CALCUALTE THE SCLE FACTOR IN RESPONSE SPECTRA IN ETAB PROGRAMM?

my fined advice me to make that
at the first floor divide the base shear of EQX/BASE SHEAR OR SPEXCX TO GET THE SECALE FACTOR

after that multiply the scale factor x 9.81 and put this value in the response spectrum case data after that run the modal again


but iam doubt in that.

i wish to find the right answer here
