I have followed the documentation for all the modifications you have to do in the input file to perform a restart analysis. My method works on simple static models, however when running my main model that includes infinite elements(CIN3D8R) it gives the following error when running the standard.exe (it passes the input file analysis):
Unexpected LoadLibraryA error 193
Abaqus Error: The executable standard.exe aborted with system error code 1073741819....
My model runs fine but I wanted to break the running time into segments using the restart. Is it documented somewhere that the restart function does not work for implicit dynamic analysis including Infinite elements?
Looking at the .dat file:
*Heading
STEP 3 INCREMENT 10 HAS BEEN FOUND ON THE RESTART FILE
Which proves that the restart is done properly, but somehow it still gives an error. I scrolled down to the end of the .dat file and saw that the file stops at printing the Inertia(XX, XY...)
Looking at the .msg file:
The last line shows INCREMENT 11 STARTS. ATTEMPT NUMBER 1, TIME INCREMENT 0.150.
What is worrying me is that the .msg file starts with the general license information then:
STEP 3 INCREMENT 1 STEP TIME 0.00
S T E P 3 D Y N A M I C A N A L Y S I S - I M P L I C I T I N T E G R A T I O N
Your help is greatly appreciated.
Attached are the .msg,.dat and .log files for the reset run. (no .sta files generated).
EDIT:
Also attached the original input file(Learning_res.inp), the input file I use for the restart(Learning_res2.inp) and the .sta file for the original run I interrupted:
