Results Display

Is there a way to control the load case of the results display with the drop down menu from the tool bar? I can use this load case drop down to cycle through the display of the loads, but the results (deflection, unity check) remain constant. I can change the display of the results by entering the model display options, but this is tedious to cycle through.

I don't believe so, however if you're just looking for the worst case unity checks for each one you could run an envelope with the batch. Or sort the results based on the data column you're looking at.

This is one of the few things I miss from STAAD, the ability to bounce between load cases quickly in the model display.

Yes, you don't know what you have until it is gone.

You should contact customer support and submit a request for this feature. Given that you can already cycle through the load combinations and envelope results when displaying results in the Model Display Options it may be easy to implement in the next update. I've been told that customer requests tend to take priority when updates are implemented.
