How much is the minimum depth of the threaded hole on the Reverse flange?

But my interpretation is that the UG-43 (g) is related only to studding outlets, what do you think about it?

In my experience it is applied to any blind, tapped hole. See UG-43(d), it is not limited to studding outlets. Neither is UG-43(g). The language is pretty plain...
