Does anybody know if it is possible to calculate the Reynolds number without velocity or flow rate?

Reynolds number is defined as:
1) (flow speed)*(length of interest)/(kinematic velocity of fluid)
or
2) (density of fluid)*(flow speed)*(length of interest)/(dynamic velocity of fluid)

Figure out another method to calculate kinematic or dynamic velocity (or flow) without using other unknown terms.

No doubt. It depends on where you are starting from and where you are trying to go. Manipulation of other dimensionless number can help to get there. What are you trying to accomplish? What do you know about the problem?

Thank you all for taking the trouble in answering my question regarding Reynolds number.
I plucked up courage and went to AI. It appears that it is not possible to calculate Reynolds number without rate of flow, or velocity.

We are surely doomed if the authority is now an AI.

Gr8blu, not kinematic velocity but kinematic viscosity, etc. for dynamic viscosity.
