Dear all,
could someone please clarify, whether when evaluating the capacity of a spray ball system in a holding tank, we should first mix the solution of 0.1g/Lt of Riboflavin in WFI till dilution or not wait and after discarding the solution check with UV Lamp?
If dilute does someone have the experience of what is the required time for dilution (in a 2tn tank).
