right click of the mouse button cannot give the command list

Have somebody experience the same like this: right click of the mouse button cannot give the command list(only on screen), like when i right click a dimension to change arrow head will not give the dialog box with commands. please help if somebody able to solve the same. thank you.

Try a longer click (keep the button pushed for 2 seconds).

Got it, really needs a little bit of seconds the command list to appear. Thanks to your input shushaim, just new to pro e.
