RISA 3D: WLY in LC Generator 1

Hi All,

How do we generate a load combination from the LC Generator that includes WLY in RISA 3D? We can define the WLY as a basic load case category but I cannot find any load combinator generator settings to bring the WLY as a part of load combination. I can do it for the WLX and WLZ but not for WLY. Any idea?

Just generate one for WL and go into the LC spreadsheet and change the BLC to WLY for each LC.

My guess is that WLY is actually included in WLX and WLZ per most codes.

I (and my firm) have always defined these as OL1 and OL2 to designate the difference in positive and negative pressures wind. We then just have to go thru and manually put them in with the applicable load factors. While it is annoying, it doesn't take me more than 5 minutes nowadays.
