Hello I work at The Environment Agency in the UK. I am looking for recent developments/papers in risk assessment in order to estimate contingency allowances on civil engineering schemes. We currently use the Monte Carlo method, which is in my opinion too complex. Does anyone have any information/experience that they'd like to share ? Thanks Kieran Morris
