Guys,
does anyone have experience with riveted shell leaks for an in-service tank?
Typically what is the best course of action?
Tank Details:
Material : A283-C
Year Built: 1929
Courses: 5 Bottom three courses have 3 rivets while top two courses have 2 rivets
Height : 29.6'
D: 117'
Service : Gasoline
primary bottom replace with welded bottom.
Doesn't look like it ever had a concrete ring foundation.
