Practical problem, (I’ve got no processdata, repeatedly get no answer from our process dept);
The situation is as follows:
I got the holedia from an orifice that has to be mounted in a ventline from a tank,
suppose it has something to do with filling of the tank (gaslosses).
Des.press. 3.5 Barg.
Holedia 9.2mm.
Must it be that exact or can I drill a hole from 9 or 9.5mm?

In english units we typically round to the nearset 1/8" for an orifice. The only time we do not is if the orifice is to be used as an operational control point and it is desireable to have an easy conversion value between the square root of the differential and the flowrate.

For example, the 9.2 mm orifice would have a coefficient of 10m3/hr per square root of differential and a 9.0 would be 7.815 m3/hr. Its easier to find the actual flow when have to multiply by 10 and not 7.815.
 
If everything stayed constant except the orifice diameter and flow, flow is proportional to the orifice diameter squared. So, 9.0 mm would be 4.3% low and 9.5 mm would be 6.6% high on flow.
