Robertson Irwin Q Floor Deck

I'm looking for load tables from a Roberson Irwin catalogue. I have to check the capacity of an existing floor and the drawings I have state that the steel decking is 4.5" thick and the concrete on top of the decking is 2.5" thick. (7" total) The drawings also states that it is a Section 12 Gauge 18 (or equal) with 1 layer of 6x6-6/6 welded wire fabric and #3 reinforcing bars in every concrete filled flute. Does anyone have a catalogue that has the section I'm looking for?

Thanks! I checked there and all they have are the roof systems with just the steel decking, not the composite floor deck.

BHuitsing, try calling or emailing the folks at the SDI (Steel deck institute). They likely have all old trade catalogs and would be willing to scan them and send to you.

If you do get a copy, please post here for record.

Is it possible the total depth is 4.5", so 2" deck with 2.5" concrete? I just haven't seen a 4.5" deck profile

Sorry, but nothing over 3" for the steel deck.

Did you check old ICBO reports yet?

I got in contact with SDI and they have informed me that this particular decking was primarily used for roof deck but was also just as a form for concrete floor slabs so I have analyzed the deck as a 7" slab with the #3 bars at the flute locations. I have posted what SDI sent me as a reference. It does show the Section 12 decking with the depth = 4.5". Thank you all for your help!
