Hi all,
This is my last resort... I'm working on a large-ish and complex model that contains 24 sets of 2 coincident nodes, which the software is unable to merge or delete. One of each set is unconnected but cannot be deleted manually (list region simply says 'total nodes deleted: 0, total nodes not deleted: 1'). I've tried moving them around, then deleting again, to no avail.
I've deleted every boundary condition, restraint set, load, solution set etc in the model so nothing is referencing these nodes. I've tried connecting them to the nodes they're coincident with using rigid links, but that causes unwanted stress concentration in the analyses.
How do I get rid of these pesky nodes? Any suggestions would be most appreciated!
